By accessing the Pixel-Hive website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services
  • Pixel-Hive provides creative and digital services, including branding, website design, app development, SEO, social media marketing, illustrations, video editing, game art, and book cover design.
  • The exact scope, price, timeline, revisions, and deliverables will be confirmed through a quotation, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
  • Any work requested outside the approved scope may require additional charges and delivery time.
Payments
  • Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
  • Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed milestones or invoice terms.
  • Pixel-Hive may pause or delay work when payments are overdue.
  • Domain names, hosting, advertising budgets, software, stock assets, plugins, printing, and other third-party costs are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
  • All mandatory fees and payment conditions should be presented clearly before the customer commits to a purchase.
Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide accurate information, content, files, instructions, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeframe.
  • Clients must confirm that they have permission to use all materials supplied to Pixel-Hive.
  • Pixel-Hive is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, changing instructions, or delayed approvals.
Revisions
  • The number of revisions included depends on the selected package or written agreement.
  • Revisions must relate to the approved concept and original project scope.
  • Major changes, new concepts, or additional features may be charged separately.
  • Revision requests should be submitted clearly and together whenever possible.
Delivery
  • Estimated timelines begin after the required payment, content, and project instructions have been received.
  • Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed deadline is agreed in writing.
  • Final files will be delivered in the formats included in the selected service package.
  • Pixel-Hive is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures, third-party platforms, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
  • Clients retain ownership of the original content and materials they provide.
  • Ownership of final approved work transfers to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unused concepts, drafts, working files, templates, methods, and internal resources remain the property of Pixel-Hive.
  • Editable source files are provided only when included in the agreed package.
  • Fonts, stock images, software, plugins, and third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.
Portfolio Rights
  • Pixel-Hive may request permission to display completed and publicly released work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Confidential or unpublished work will not be intentionally displayed without permission or contractual authorisation.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to Pixel-Hive’s Refund Policy.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable after work begins.
  • The client may be charged for work completed before cancellation.
  • Third-party expenses and completed or delivered services are generally non-refundable.
Third-Party Services
  • Pixel-Hive may recommend or integrate services provided by external companies.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, pricing, privacy policies, and limitations of those providers.
  • Pixel-Hive is not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, policy changes, security incidents, or service failures.
Results and Performance
  • Pixel-Hive will provide services professionally and according to the approved project scope.
  • Specific sales, rankings, traffic, followers, leads, downloads, or business results are not guaranteed.
  • Results may depend on the client’s offer, industry, budget, competition, audience, platform policies, and ongoing participation.
Confidentiality
  • Pixel-Hive will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared for project completion.
  • Clients should not send passwords, banking information, or highly sensitive data through unsecured communication channels.
  • Confidentiality obligations do not apply to publicly available information or disclosures required by law.
Limitation of Liability
  • Pixel-Hive will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party platforms.
  • Where legally permitted, Pixel-Hive’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service connected to the claim.
Termination
  • Pixel-Hive may suspend or terminate a project because of non-payment, abusive behaviour, illegal activity, repeated delays, misuse of services, or breach of these terms.
  • The client remains responsible for payment for work completed and expenses incurred before termination.
Changes to These Terms

Pixel-Hive may update these Terms of Service when its services, policies, pricing, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
